Philosophy
I believe everyone has a purpose in life. In fulfilling that calling of life, we open ourselves to constant change. Our plans must be aligned to our life purpose. I have not planned to be where I am. I have to respond to changes along the way by giving up control of my own plan. I choose to live my life knowing that there will be ups and downs. Even on days when I feel stuck, I do not give up.
Every ending is also a new beginning. Dealing with change requires courage, focus, clarity, flexibility, perseverance and a community. When we feel stuck, there is always a way out. We need fresh insights and different perspectives from our allies. We need to be aware of our strengths and passions.
I am passionate to help individuals clarify their vision. I help them rediscover their mission and strengths. I empower them to grow and be refined, just like how gold is perfected. This is where we begin to discern our stories – past, present and future. Positive changes come when we increase our awareness of who we are.
There are ways to manage changes and decisions. Each journey is very personal and no one can judge what is right or wrong. As your coach, I am here to help you navigate through life choices and transitions. Most importantly, you will notice a positive change in your life.

- Drove transformational changes in finance, business programs and operations.
- Expert in implementing large scale complex projects, sustainable solutions and scalable processes.
- Functional experience includes: organization design; outsourcing; end to end process designs and operations; change management; compliance; life transitions.
- Thoughtful global leader and trusted advisor with high energy, resourcefulness, strong business acumen and high resilience.
